Being a private medical practice, Jersey X-Ray Ltd holds medical information on patients which is classed as sensitive data. Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. We use regular malware scanning and our system is overseen by a cybersecurity firm.

We implement a variety of security measures when a user enters, submits, or accesses information to maintain the safety of your personal information.

We are permitted by law to collect, use and share your medical information with other medical agencies/ health professionals regarding the provision of your medical treatment. We will not sell, distribute or otherwise disclose your information without your consent, unless required or permitted to do so by law. We will seek to obtain your consent in order to release information regarding your medical treatment to your insurance company/ agent for the purpose of processing/authorising an insurance claim.
